Aromatherapy candle pouring and diffuser workshop 10th November 2026

£140.00

Winter Warmth Candle Pour Workshop -

During this one day workshop with the wonderful Jennie, founder of Misneach Remedies, you will be inspired by much‑loved Winter Festive Scents. From 10am until 3pm, you’ll immerse yourself in the calming, creative world of natural home fragrance.

The morning is dedicated to pouring and blending your own essential‑oil candle, using pure, seasonal botanicals that capture the warmth and comfort of winter. Unlike most candles, you will use a wooden wick which are a popular, eco-friendly alternative to cotton wicks, prized for producing a soothing crackling sound, reminiscent of a fireplace.

After a relaxed lunch in Kate’s dining room, the afternoon shifts into crafting a beautifully balanced reed diffuser, allowing you to explore scent layering and the gentle art of creating an atmosphere through fragrance. It’s a day of creativity, connection, and mindful making — perfect for anyone who loves seasonal rituals and handcrafted wellbeing.
The only question will be whether you keep the candle and diffuser for yourself or like anyone enough to gift it to them for Christmas!

As with all our workshops, no prior experience is necessary.

Homecooked and where possible, locally sourced, lunch and tea are included.

A little about Jennie -

Jennie Tipple is the heart and hands behind Misneach Remedies, a candle maker and teacher whose work is rooted in courage, wellbeing, and the simple power of natural scents. Inspired by her family’s need for cleaner, safer home fragrances, Jennie began crafting her own essential‑oil candles—free from synthetic fragrances and harmful chemicals—to support a healthier way of living. Drawing on her background as a teacher, she now shares this passion through immersive candle‑making workshops. Every candle she pours and every class she leads reflects the spirit of misneach—courage, fortitude, and the belief that small, intentional rituals can transform the atmosphere of a home and the wellbeing of the people in it.
