Herbal Medicine - Winter Remedies Workshop 11th November 2026

£140.00

Herbal Medicine - Winter Remedies Workshop

During this one-day workshop with Olivia you will be inspired by the healing potential of the plants right outside your door. From 10am until 3pm, you’ll immerse yourself in the restorative, practical world of botanical medicine.

The morning is dedicated to Kitchen and Garden Apothecary where you will learn to see common garden herbs and pantry staples in a brand-new light. You’ll discover how to identify and harvest plants that support and help the body through the winter months. You will then make your own vapour rub.

After a relaxed lunch in Kate’s dining room, you will make your own elderberry oxymel designed to bolster your defences against winter bugs. You will also create your own bespoke tea blend tailored around digestive support. Alongside your three remedies, Olivia will send you home with a handout listing instructions for the day’s remedies (plus one or two extras!), information on the herbs used throughout the day and a useful list of  suppliers.

As with all our workshops, no prior experience is necessary. Homecooked and where possible, locally sourced, lunch and tea are included.
